Dennis Ray Hall, Sr., 51 of Hodgenville, died Sunday, March 31, 2013, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown. He was born March 30, 1962, in Florida. He was employed at The News-Enterprise in Elizabethtown and formerly served in the National Guard.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Franklin Edward Hall, Sr. and Patricia Ann Mitchell Hall.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly J. Hall; one daughter, Lori Hall of Springfield; two sons, Dennis Hall, Jr. and his wife Joni, both of Lebanon and Robbie Hall of Springfield; one stepdaughter, Bobbi Jo Walker of Upton; two stepsons, Doug Clark and his wife Tabatha, both of Newport, and Roger Clark of Bardstown; four brothers, Tommy Hall of Florida, Franklin Hall, Jr. and his wife Sissy, both of St. Francis, David Hall of Louisiana and Richard Hall and his wife Amanda of Campbellsville; several grandchildren; and a special friend, Rheta Ann Vittitow.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Thursday, April 4, 2013, at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto, with burial in St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery. The Rev. R. Joseph Hemmerle will officiate.
Visitation is 3 – 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2013, at Mattingly Funeral Home.
