MARGARET ELIZABETH O’BRYAN GADDIE

Margaret Elizabeth O’Bryan Gaddie, 94, of Lebanon, died Wednesday, July 3, 2013, at the Cedars of Lebanon Nursing Home. She was born May 21, 1919, to the late Thomas Jefferson and Nellie Rice O’Bryan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles S. Gaddie; her second husband, George Burress; and one daughter, Jean L. Sanders.

She is survived by three daughters, Mary Sexton of Campbellsville, Nancy Berg of Virginia, and Anna Pickerill of Lebanon; three sons, Joseph S. Gaddie of Morgantown, Stanley T. Gaddie of Highview, and Lewis H. Gaddie of Michigan; two special cousins, John L. Newcomb and Fran McCoy, both of Bardstown; 20 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Saturday, July 6, 2013, at the Campbell-DeWitt Funeral Home in Lebanon with burial in the Red Hill Cemetery in Hodgenville.

Visitation is after 5 p.m. Friday, July 5, 2013, at the funeral home.

The Campbell-DeWitt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
