Two teens suffer minor injuries after car runs off Plum Run Road

Saturday, May 16, 2015 — Two teenagers suffered minor injuries Saturday afternoon in a single vehicle crash on Plum Run Road. Nelson County EMS and the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene the accident at about 2:28 p.m. A vehicle driven by an 18-year-old male ran off the roadway and struck a tree. The driver was transported to Flaget Memorial Hospital for head and right shoulder pain; his passenger, a 16-year-old girl, was transported by EMS for head pain.
