Firefighters called Thursday morning for straw on fire at T & T Feed

Thursday, May 12, 2016, 12:01 p.m. — The Bardstown Fire Department responded Thursday morning for a fire reported at T&T Feed and Seed, 117 West Stephen Foster Avenue, the former location of Ice’s Produce.

Firefighters were dispatched at 10 a.m. for bales of straw in the rear of the building that were on fire. Traffic was shut down on West Stephen Foster between the Court Square and Fourth Street while firefighters fought the fire.

Firefighters were on the scene for about 90 minutes.
