Chad McCoy met Monday, Jan. 9, 2017 for the first “Legislative Coffee” with constituents in the Fiscal Court meeting room in the Old Courthouse. Higdon and McCoy updated constituents on the first week of the 2017 General Assembly, including discussions on the bills each chamber — now controlled by Republican majorities — had passed and which were still in progress.  Running time: About 1 hour.
