Monday, Feb. 13, 2017, 1 p.m. – The Bardstown City Council approved a municipal order establishing council control over portions of its use of the city-provided iPads. The council also questioned Mayor John Royalty about publication of the “whistleblower” ordinance the council had previously given final approval. The council also approved to fund travel expenses to send two city police officers to National Police Week in Washington, D.C., and discussed the limitations on the council’s travel budget. Running time: About 53 minutes.
