Four people arrested after drug bust Friday at Hubbards Lane home

Friday, Feb. 24, 2017, 1:30 p.m. — Four people were arrested on drug-related charges Friday after a search warrant was served on a home in the 900 block of Hubbards Lane.

Detectives from the Bardstown Police Department, Nelson County Sheriff’s Office, and the Greater Hardin County Narcotics Task Force searched the home after police and EMS had been dispatched three times for two suspected overdoses in the last three days.

Officers located crystal methamphetamine, heroin, marijuana and several types of narcotics.

Miranda Ragg, 29, Clark Spalding, 43, Jessica Danner, 29 and David Bryant, 31, were arrested and changed with trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree (2 or more grams heroin); trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree (2 or more grams methamphetamine); possession of controlled substances, first-degree (methamphetamine); possession of controlled substances, third-degree; possession of marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia. All four were lodged in the Nelson County Jail.

A task force press release states more charges may be forthcoming as the investigation continues.
