Jefferey Todd Lawson, 41, cultivate in marijuana, less than five plants.

Bernardo T. Esqueda, 29, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle; failure to wear seat belts; no operators license.
