Ronald Jerome Dones, 51, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree (2 grams or less methamphetamine); possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia.

Daniel Joseph Dones, 56, possession controlled substances, first-degree, heroin; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wallace Owen Brady, 45, alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Joey Roger Tungate, 47, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, shoplifting, $500 or more but under $10,000.
