EMS, fire, police respond for man found unresponsive in his truck on North Stillwell

Sunday, June 10, 2018 — An unidentified man was found unresponsive in his pickup truck in the 900 block of North Stillwell Road Sunday night. At about 10:10 p.m., Nelson County EMS, the Boston Fire Department and the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the area after a passersby found the man unresponsive. First-responders began CPR on the man when they arrived. He was rushed by EMS to Hardin Memorial Hospital for treatment.
