Obituary: Linda Lee Brown Anderson, 60, New Haven

Linda Lee Brown Anderson, 60, of New Haven, formerly of California, died Friday, June 15, 2018, at her home in New Haven. She was born in Louisville on Jan. 18, 1958, the daughter of the late Eugene Matthew Brown and Leona Bowman Brown Livers. She attended the Rolling Fork Baptist Church in Boston. She was a homemaker, mother, grandmother, and sister who loved and enjoyed her family very much.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Andrew Anderson; and her father.

Survivors include two sons, Russell Anderson of Seattle, Wash., and Ben (Kelly) Anderson of New Haven; her mother, Leona Bowman Brown Livers of New Haven; three sisters, Janet (Harold) Morgan of Shepherdsville, Kathy (Billy) Hutchins of Boston, and Gloria (Norman) Perkins of Lyons Station; two brothers, Richard (Edwina) Brown of Clarkston and Michael Brown of New Haven; two grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The funeral is 10 a.m. Monday, June 18, 2018, at the William R. Rust Funeral Home in New Haven with the Rev. Tony Rheams officiating. Burial is in the Victory Independent Baptist Church Cemetery in Hodgenville.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Sunday, June 17, 2018, and 8:30-10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home in New Haven.

The William R. Rust Funeral Home, 167 N. Main St., New Haven, is in charge of arrangements.
