Anton Smithers, 22, failure to appear (2 counts).

Robert Joseph Miles, 51, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; possession of open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle; resisting arrest; license to be in possession; driving on a DUI-suspended license.

Mark Anthony Clark, 40, failure to appear (4 counts).
