William Lamar Knotts, 64, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, all others, $500 or more but under $10,000.

Del Patrick Creason, 49, fleeing or evading police, second-degree (on foot); disorderly conduct, second-degree; resisting arrest; failure to appear (2 counts); contempt of court.

Robert Eugene Weathers, 49, contempt of court.

Thomas Gene Chesser, 45, alcohol intoxication in a public place; disorderly conduct, second-degree; criminal trespassing, third-degree; terrorist threatening, third-degree.

Richard Herman Cox, 51, burglary, second-degree; receiving stolen property under $10,000; probation violation (2 counts); persistent felony offender, first-degree.

Orville Justin Case, 22, parole violation.

Nicholas Steward Floyd, 30, possession of marijuana; obstruction/interference with an officer; alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Andre Lajuan Horton, 43, trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 ounces); possession of marijuana; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; possession of drug paraphernalia; speeding, 16 mph over limit.

Terrence Towns, 22, probation violation.
