Donald Louis Pegago, 36, assault, fourth-degree (minor injury); cultivate in marijuana (less than 5 plants).

Joseph Michael Fowler, 27, contempt of court.

Jerry Lynn Hardin, 26, improper passing; license to be in possession; parole violation.
