Obituary: Judy Buechele Thompson, 78, Mount Washington

Judy Buechele Thompson, 78, of Mount Washington, died Saturday, Oct. 20, 2018, at her home. She was a retired receptionist for Monarch Hardware in Shepherdsville and a Lutheran by faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Thompson; one son, Terry Lee Thompson; and her parents, John and Ruby Pearl Morgan Buechele.

Survivors include one daughter, Pamela Ann Schmid; four brothers, Jerry Buechele (Dolly), David Buechele, J.R. Buechele and Ricky Buechele (LuAnn); and two sisters, Beverly Hunt and Becky Thomas (Donnie).

The funeral is noon Thursday, Oct. 25, 2018, at the Calvary Christian Center, 11829 Hwy 44 East in Mount Washington with Pastor Poisel officiating. Burial is in Highland Memory Gardens.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2018, at Kappel Funeral Home, 118 East Oak Street, Lebanon Junction and after 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, 2018, at the Calvary Christian Center.

The Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction is in charge of the arrangements.
