Obituary: Phyllis Annette Ray, 78, Elizabethtown

Phyllis Annette Ray, 78, of Elizabethtown, died Sunday, Jan. 13, 2019, at Kensington Center. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lebanon Junction and an assistant administrator for North Hardin Health and Rehabilitation Center.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William M. and Lucille Ping Tracy; one sister, Betty Waters; and two brothers, Billy Tracy and Bobby Tracy.

Survivors include three daughters, Angela Sublett, Nancy Coleman (Bill Cummings) and Crystal Ray; two sons, Eddie Harned (Terry) and Donnie Harned; one sister, Linda Phillips (Odell); 13 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

The funeral is 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, 2019, at the Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction.

Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, 2019, at the funeral home.

The family would like to acknowledge the staffs of Hosparus of Central Kentucky, Kensington Center and the North Tower Third Floor of Hardin Memorial Hospital for their kindness and hospitality.

The Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction is in charge of the arrangements.
