John Kenneth Cox, 36, improper passing; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security.

Carl Lee Gabehart, 28, knowingly exploiting an adult by person over $300 in financial or other resources; theft by deception-include cold checks over $300.

Kapetonios, 19, criminal mischief, first-degree and complicity to same; burglary, third-degree and complicity to same; theft by unlawful taking-auto and complicity to same; criminal mischief, third-degree and complicity to same; complicity to criminal mischief, second-degree; unlawful transaction with a minor, second-degree.

Keitha Dae Skaggs, 39, assault, second-degree-domestic violence.
