Monday, Feb. 23, 2026 — WBRT’s “Bradford & Brooks” radio show continued their series of local candidate interviews ahead of the May Primary. Republican candidate for PVA, Stephen Hibbs was interviewed and he discussed his background and reasons he seeks to be county PVA.
