Danna Lee Cook Hoffmaster, 80, of New Haven, died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2025 at her residence in New Haven with her family by her side.

She was born Aug. 10, 1945, in Maryville, Tenn., to the late Dan Thomas and Alta Copley Calhoun Cook.
She worked as a clerk for the city of Lexington. She had an associate degree in business. She was a loving wife, mother,and sister.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Kelly Calhoun; two brothers, Kelly Ray Calhoun and Chris Calhoun; and one grandson, Jackson Towles.
She is survived by her husband of 33 years, James Allen Hoffmaster of Bardstown; one son, Nolan Lee (Millie) Towles of Lexington; one stepson, Jimmy (Tina) Hoffmaster of St. Joe, Mo.; one sister, Delora Dee Calhoun of New Haven; three brothers Curt (Carole) Calhoun of St. Joseph, Mo., John Clay Calhoun and Jay Calhoun, both of New Haven; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The funeral is 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025, at the William R. Rust Funeral Home in New Haven with Bro. Ray Johnson officiating. Burial is in the River View Cemetery in New Haven.
Visitation is noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025, at the William R. Rust Funeral Home New Haven Chapel.
The William R. Rust Funeral Home New Haven Chapel is in charge of services.
