Roy Cecil Williams Jr., 72, of Bardstown, died Sunday, May 4, 2025, at Bardstown Health and Rehab. He was born April 26, 1953, in Louisville to the late Roy Cecil and Lula Bullitt Williams.

He was a U.S. Army veteran, a retired employee of Larry Clark Construction and formerly helped his best friend, TT, with lawn care. He enjoyed fishing, working on cars, woodworking, and loved his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four children, Sheron Williams, Kevin Williams, Manuela Isak and Walter Isak; one sister, Jeanette Williams; and one granddaughter, Alyssa Williams.
He is survived by his wife, AnneMarie Frank Williams; three daughters, Sabrina Strauss of Austria, Jessica Williams of Bardstown, and Dorian Moore of Louisville;
three sons, James (Valerie) Williams of Georgetown, Tyrone (Krissy) Williams of Springfield and Mark (Taelor) Williams of Lexington; one sister, Cynthia Williams of Louisville; one brothers, Bo (Jeanne) Williams of Indiana; and his fishing partner and best friend, TT Katia Jenkins.
The funeral was Friday, May 16, 2025, at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home with the Rev. Tommy Bullitt officiating. Burial was in the Bardstown Cemetery.
The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
