Nathan Wayne Harris, 42, of Bloomfield, died Monday, May 12, 2025, at his home. He was born Aug. 10, 1982, in Bardstown to Wayne and Susan Elmore Harris.

He was an employee of the Kentucky Department of Transportation. He loved old cars, fishing, being outdoors and working on junk.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Harris;, an infant son, Harley Harris; and his grandparents, Bill and Artie Harris, and Joe and Ruth Elmore.
He is survived by his wife, Samantha Murphy Harris; two daughters, Brynlee Spalding and Kassidy (Aidan Greenwell) Spalding, both of Bloomfield; thee sons, J.B Harris of Bardstown, Bill Harris and Wyatt Spalding, both of Bloomfield; his mother, Susan Harris of Bloomfield; one brother, Derick (Kristen) Harris of Springfield; one niece and nephew, Peyton Harris and Eli Harris.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Thursday, May 15, 2025, at the Houghlin Funeral Home in Bloomfield with cremation to follow visitation.
The Houghlin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
