Danny Holt, 66, of Bardstown, died Friday, Oct. 24, 2025. He was born in Bardstown May 11, 1959. He enjoyed racing dirt track, bird watching and loved animals, especially his dogs more than anything.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Alice Ritchie Peterson; his stepfather, Robert Peterson; one brother, Anthony Lee; and one son, Isaac Lee.
He is survived by his daughter, Christie (Eric) Queen; one sister, Sarah (Kenny) Holbert; one brother, James (Dorothy) Holt; two grandchildren, Dakota Comstock and McKinley Queen, both of Dallas, Ga.; loving neighbors, Jordan and Casey Burress and their children, Cacey, Emily, and Waylon; and several nieces and nephews.
Cremation was chosen with no public services.
Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
