Sharon Melinda Dickerson, 75, of Bloomfield, died Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2025, at Baptist Health Louisville. She was born Oct. 27, 1950, in Lebanon to the late John and Martina Grigsby Curtsinger.

She was a former employee of Tractors Supply and was a member of Bloomfield Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, gardening and reading and she loved her dog.
She is survived by her husband, James Edward “Jim” Dickerson; one daughter, Jami (Jason) Crick of Louisville; one son, John (Joy) Dickerson of Poquoson, Va.; one sister, Toni (Dennis) Downs of Fern Creek; two brothers, Terry Curtsinger of Cox’s Creek and Todd (Michele) Curtsinger of Bardstown; and six grandchildren, Caleb (Kendall) Dickerson, Isaiah Dickerson, Eli Dickerson, Jonah Dickerson, Isabella Crick, and Carter Crick.
The funeral is 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025, at the Houghlin Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Bro. John Dickerson officiating. Cremation will follow the funeral service.
Visitation is 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025, at the funeral home.
The Houghlin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
