Tuesday, May 13, 2025 — The Bardstown Knights of Columbus, Council 1290, will honor local first-responders for the dedication and community service for a BBQ lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
The event is a partnership between the Knights and the Bardstown Masonic Lodge, Duvall #6 F&AM.
All first-responders are invited, included, EMS/EMT members, fire department members, law enforcement officers from local police departments and county sheriff’s office, and local doctors, nurses and medical professionals.
The lunch will be located at the Bardstown Fire Departments 5th and Broadway location next to Bardstown City Hall. While food begins serving at 11 a.m., it will be available earlier for those with limited time during the usual lunch time hours.
Take-out boxes will be available for first-responders who are on-the-job.
