Ellen Mae Lacy, 84, of Bardstown, died Thursday, May 22, 2025 at Norton Audubon Hospital. She was born Nov. 30, 1940 in Glasgow. She was a hairstylist for the Sisters of Charity, and attended Parkway Baptist Church. She loved the ocean, puzzles, and her family.
She was preceded in death by Jerome and Stella Robinson; six siblings, Marion Robinson, Ray Robinson, Roger Robinson, Orvil Robinson, Cleo Dorothy Robinson and Pauline Robinson; and one great-grandchildren, Christopher Grammer.
She is survived by four daughters, Sandy (Kelvin) Haynes and Barb (Stephen) Hagan, both of Bardstown and Debbie (Boe) Grammer of Brandenburg; one son, Bob (Michelle) Lacy of Bardstown; five grandchildren, Mark Grammer, Phillip Haynes, Becca Edelen, Melanie Conroy, and Stephen Haynes; and six great-grandchildren, Kylie Edelen, Katherine Haynes, Ellie Redmon, Alexandria Conroy, Holden Conroy, and Gabriella Grammer.
The funeral is 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at Barlow Funeral Home with the Rev. Rodney Lynch officiating.
Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at the funeral home. Burial is 11 a.m. Thursday, May 29, 2025, at the Bardstown Cemetery.
