Patricia Ann Carter, 69, of Bardstown, died Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2025, at her home. She was a member of Elizabethtown Seventh-day Adventist Church where she was also a women’s ministry leader.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Traylor; and her mother, Christine Jones.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond Carter; one son, Jason Carter; one sister, JoAnne Johnson; and a host of extended family and friends.
The graveside service is 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2025, at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff with Pastor Jacob Strang officiating.
The Chism Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
