Shirley Ellen Farner, 76, of Bloomfield, died Friday, Jan. 30, 2026. She was born May 20, 1949 in Clarkston, Mich., to the late Dolphus and Julia Dault Farner.
She was a retired employee of AT&T and was of the Catholic faith. She loved flowers and enjoyed gardening.
She is survived by her caregivers, Scott and Tammy Stewart of Bloomfield.
In honoring her wishes, cremation was chosen. There will be no public services.
The Houghlin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
