Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2026 – Bardstown City Councilwoman Betty Kelley Hart was the guest on the Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2026 edition of WBRT’s “Bradford & Brooks” radio show. Hart shared the latest work underway by NELCARE, the organization featuring local organizations aimed at helping addicts find resources for recovery.
