Nelson Circuit Court indictments, Oct. 20, 2010

Editor’s Note: The indictment of a person by a grand jury or otherwise is an accusation only and that person is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

The following people have been indicted by a Nelson County grand jury.  These individuals are set for arraignment in Nelson Circuit Court Nov. 4.

Gary A. Aldridge, 42, Bloomfield, two counts of manufacturing methamphetamine; one count each, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $50,000 cash only, plus conditions.

Tamatha A. Ferguson, 41, Bardstown, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of a handgun while committing an offense, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.

Henry W. Ferguson, 46, New Haven, second-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment. Bail was set at $20,000 cash only, plus conditions.

James Bernard Newton, 31, New Haven, cultivating marijuana, 5 or more plants, and complicity to the same. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.

Sonya R. Pinkson, 38, New Haven, cultivating marijuana, 5 or more plants, and complicity to the same. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.

Timothy Ryan Merriman, 19, Mount Eden, third-degree burglary, receiving stolen property, and theft by unlawful taking over $500. Bail was set at $9,500 cash only, plus conditions.

Christopher P. Sinclair, 43, Bardstown, cultivating marijuana, 5 or more plants, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
