Complaint prompts police to look for laser-wielding subject in Nelson Co.

Tuesday, March 20, 2012, 1:50 a.m. — An individual with a laser pointer is being sought by Kentucky State Police and local law enforcement after a complaint was lodged by officials at the Louisville International Airport. State police asked in Nelson County officers to attempt to find an individual or individuals with a laser believed to be located approximately seven miles west of Samuels Field, the Bardstown-Nelson County Airport. As this report is published police have not yet located the individual or individuals who prompted the complaint.
