William Arnold Bickett, 56, of Raywick, died Thursday, March 22, 2012, in Raywick.
He was born March 4, 1956, in Marion County. He formerly worked as a Steeple Jack with International Chimney Corporation. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Eugene Bickett and his daughter, Brandy Nicole Bickett.
Survivors include his mother, Leora Mattingly Bickett of Raywick; his son, Tony Bickett and his wife Maureena of Bardstown; two sisters, Cathy Thompson and her husband Harold of Raywick, and Ruthie Kelty and her husband Frank of Mount Washington; three brothers, David Bickett of St. Francis, Ricky Bickett of Raywick and Jerry Bickett (Rebecca Roberts) of Sulphur Lick; and three grandchildren, Breanna, Tristin and Weston Bickett all at home.

A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Monday, March 26, 2012, at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery in Raywick with the Rev. James W. Graf officiating. Military rites will be conducted by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard.
Pallbearers will be Joe Mike Larue, Tony Bickett, Laura Thompson, Nathan Larue, Neal Hardesty and Taylor Hardesty.
