Feb. 2, 2011

Michelle Ann Johnson, 22, non-payment of fines.

Tony Dale Hilbert, 41, operating on suspended/revoked operators license; driving too slow for traffic conditions/minimum speed; improper registration plate; no/expired Kentucky registration receipt.

David Wayne Collins, 38, non-payment of fines.

Charles P. Henry, 44, burglary, third-degree; criminal mischief, first-degree; theft by unlawful taking/disposition-all others; criminal trespassing, third-degree.

Bryan Alexander Roberts, 25, possession of marijuana.

Matthew N. Miller, 18, burglary, third-degree; giving officer false name or address.

Linda Lee Smith, 56, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., .08 – first offense; careless driving; possession of marijuana.
