One injured in three-vehicle crash on US31E south of High Grove

Monday, April 16, 2012, 10:30 a.m. — A 27-year-old man was injured in a three-vehicle crash on Louisville Road just south of High Grove. Nelson County EMS and the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office responded to the accident scene. The Bardstown Fire Department was dispatched to the crash when it was reported two people may be trapped, and one of the vehicles involved was on its side. EMS transported the man to Flaget Memorial Hospital for treatment. He complained of neck pain and left leg pain. Traffic was slowed through the High Grove area while police worked to clear the vehicles from the crash scene.
