Pauline Chesser, 77, Chaplin

Pauline Chesser, 77, of Chaplin, died Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at Colonial Health and Rehab in Bardstown. She was a native of Washington County, a former child care and home health care provider, and a member of the Willisburg Church of God of Prophecy.

She was the daughter of the late Charlie Lee and Pearlie Mae Lewis Chesser, and was preceded in death by two sisters, Ophia Chesser and Ethel Chesser; and six brothers; Hobert Chesser, Omer Chesser, Delbert Chesser, Marvin Chesser, Cleo Chesser, and Charles Chesser.

Survivors include two sisters, Dula Monroe and Loraine Griffin, both of Chaplin; two brothers, Ancil Chesser and his wife Sarah of Willisburg, and Rollin Chesser and his wife Catherine of Bloomfield; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Friday, April 20, 2012, at the Willisburg Church of God of Prophecy with Bro. Steve Puckett officiating. Burial is in the Willisburg Church of God of Prophecy Cemetery.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Thursday, April 19, 2012, and 9-11 a.m. Friday, April 20, 2012, at the Willisburg Church of God of Prophecy.

The Houghlin Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
