Louisville man indicted for sex crimes against victims under age 12

Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, 12:30 p.m. — A Louisville man was indicted Wednesday for first-degree sodomy and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse involving victims under the age of 12.
Jeffrey Baunach, 38, Louisville, was indicted Wednesday by a Nelson Circuit Court grand jury. According to the indictment, sometime between 2001 and 2003 in Nelson County, Baunach allegedly engaged in deviate sexual intercourse with a female juvenile under the age of 12 years by the use of forcible compulsion. Additionally, the indictment states that between 2001 and 2003, Baunach allegedly subjected a male juvenile under age 12 to sexual contact. Bail was set at $25,000 cash only plus conditions.
