Two injured in two-car Saturday night crash near Springhill Drive

Monday, April 30, 2012, 11 a.m. — Two people suffered minor injuries Saturday evening about 10 p.m. in a two-car collision on Springfield Road near Springhill Drive. Both vehicles involved in the crash — a Ford Focus and a Honda Accord — suffered heavy front-end damage. One victim complained of back and neck pain; a second complained of chest pain. Nelson County EMS transported both victims to Flaget Memorial Hospital for treatment.
