Kenton Dale ‘Kent’ Seely, 51, of Bloomfield

Kenton Dale “Kent” Seely, 51, of Bloomfield, died Saturday May 5, 2012, in Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield Ky as a result of an farming injury in Upton. He was born in Decatur, Ill., and was 19-year employee of Irving Materials Inc. and a member of the Fairmount Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his grand-parents, Dugal and Lucy Sarver and H.L. (Short) and Ora Seely.

Survivors include his wife, Debbie Maddix Seely; one daughter, Loren Seely of Bloomfield; two sons, Kolton Seely and Dalton Seely, both of Bloomfield; one sister, Kim Witt and her husband Scott Witt of Girard Ill.; and his parents, Jerry and Vera Seely of Girard, Ill.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 9, 2012, at the Houghlin Funeral Home in Bloomfield by Brother Tracy Waldridge. Burial is in Highview Cemetery in Chaplin.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 8, 2012, at the funeral home.

Houghlin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
