Monday, May 7, 2012, 8 p.m. — Jim Waters, president of the Bluegrass Institute for Public Policy Solutions, will be the guest at 11 Tuesday morning on 1320 WBRT’s “Brooks & Company” program. Topics up for discussion will be state Auditor Adam Edelen’s plan to look into special taxing districts, which include library taxes, sewer districts, fire districts and more.
