Brandon Wayne Brewer, 23, fleeing or evading police, second-degree (on foot); cultivate in marijuana, less than five plants, first offense; possession of marijuana; drug paraphernalia-buy/possess.

Hoyt Jay Calhoun, 46, probation violation (for felony offense).

Troy Lynn Collins, 38, cultivate in marijuana, five plants or more, first offense; possession of firearm by convicted felon.
