Man taken to hospital after falling down stairs outside apartment

Wednesday, May 9, 2012, 9:15 p.m. — A 32-year-0ld man was injured after he fell down a flight of stairs outside a residence in the 200 block of Honeysuckle Lane. The man was reportedly unresponsive, but the man was awake and alert when EMTs arrived a short time after being called. He told EMTs his chest hurt and he was dizzy. He was taken to Flaget Memorial Hospital for evaluation and treatment. The call to 911 came in at about 8:39 Wednesday night.
