Patricia Elizabeth Rush, 24, criminal possession of a forged instrument, second-degree, and complicity to same, two counts.
May 18, 2012
Thomas Richard Hall, 52, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.
Gregory Alan Peterson, 51, theft by deception-include cold checks over $10,000; unlawful access to a computer, first-degree; fraudulent use of a credit card of more than $500 but less than $10,000.
Marjorie May Johnson, 20, fleeing or evading police, second-degree (motor vehicle); reckless driving; license to be in possession; hindering prosecution or apprehension, second-degree.
Anthony Glen French, 31, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; operating a suspended/revoked operators license.
Robert Keith Hicks, 56, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; carrying a concealed deadly weapon; prescription controlled substance not in original container.
