Joseph Anthony Lavery, 46, failure to wear selt belts; no operators/moped license; failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; operating on a suspended/revoked operators license; failure to appear, citation for misdemeanor; speeding, 21 mph over limit.

Shenquella Tonge, 22, non-payment of fines.

Joseph Lloyd Sharrard, 22, failure to appear, citation for misdemeanor.

Amber Marie Cornell, 23, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-shoplifting.

Ester Lee Walls, 24, parole violation (for felony offense).
