Benito Cruz Moreno, 37, Bloomfield

Benito Cruz Moreno, 37, of Bloomfield, died Thursday, May 24, 2012, at University Hospital as the result of injuries sustained in a construction accident. He was a native of Mexico, an employee of Raisor Construction and was of the Catholic Faith.

Survivors include his wife, Analrma Jurez Cruz; two daughters, Joselin Cruz and Mariana Cruz, both of Bloomfield; one brother, Miquel Angel Moreno of Mexico; two sisters, Maria Cruz Moreno of Bloomfield and Griselda Hernandez of Bardstown; and his parents, Ezequiel and Maria Villalon of Mexico.

The funeral was Saturday, May 26, 2012, at the Houghlin Funeral Home in Bloomfield by the Rev. Michael Wimsatt with burial in Maple Grove Cemetery.

Houghlin Funeral Home in Bloomfield was in charge of arrangements.
