Wade C. ‘Bunky’ Holt, Jr., 74, Bloomfield,

Wade C. “Bunky” Holt, Jr., 74, of Bloomfield, died Friday, June 1, 2012, at his home. He was born August 9, 1937, in Bloomfield. He was a farmer, a member of Chaplin Christian Church, the Kentucky Home Pork Producers and the Bloomfield Field and Stream Club.

He was preceded in death by his parents Wade and Vera Holt, and his first wife, Margie Cook Holt.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret G. Holt of Bloomfield; one daughter, Vickie Atcher of Bloomfield; two sons, Danny Holt and Mark Holt, both of Bloomfield; two stepchildren, Donna Howard and her husband Charles Howard, and Jeff Goff and his wife Sarita Goff of Chaplin; two sisters, Martha Jane Proctor and Nina Lou Lee, both of Bloomfield; six grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

The funeral is 2 p.m. Monday, June 4, 2012, at Barlow Funeral Home in Bardstown. Burial is in Maple Grove Cemetery with the Rev. John Richardson and the Rev Junior Temple officiating.

Visitation is 2-8 a.m. Sunday, June 3, 2012, and 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Monday, June 4, 2012, at Barlow Funeral Home.
