Deborah ‘Debbie’ Adams, 56, Bloomfield

Deborah “Debbie” Adams, 56, of Bloomfield died Thursday, June 21, 2012, at Baptist Hospital East in Louisville. She was born December 10, 1955-, in Nelson County. She was an employee of Newcomb Oil Company and a member of Basilica of St. Joseph Proto-Cathedral.

She was preceded in death by a son, David Cory Adams; one daughter, Kimberly Marie Adams; her father, Ballard Lyvers; and one sister, Glenda Sue Wheatley.

Survivors include her husband, David Adams of Bloomfield; one daughter, Terri McCullum of Bardstown; her mother, Marjorie Lyvers of Holy Cross; two brothers, Wayne Lyvers and his wife Peggy Lyvers of Louisville, and Danny Lyvers and his wife Martha Lyvers of Loretto; five sisters, Rose Anna Barr of Springfield, Becky Downs and her husband, Raymond Downs, Rita Mattingly, Annette Blandford and her husband Keith Blandford, and Carla Jury and her husband Richard Drury, all of Bardstown; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Monday, June 25, 2012, at the Basilica of St. Joseph Proto-Cathedral with burial in the St. Joseph Cemetery.

Visitation is 1-8 p.m. Sunday, June 24, 20212, and 8–10:30 a.m. Monday, June 25, 2012, at Barlow Funeral Home. A prayers service will be held Sunday evening.
