Jennifer Marie Bartley, 22, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-shoplifting.

July 15, 2012

Richard D. Castleman, 20, disorderly conduct, second-degree; assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) no visible injury; alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Stephen Elliott Jewell, 33, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury; terroristic threatening, third-degree.

Anthony Darrell Jewell, 39, manufacturing methamphetamine and complicity to same; possession controlled substance, first-degree (methamphetamine); deliver/manufacture of drug paraphernalia; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana; fleeing of evading police, second-degree (on foot); theft by unlawful taking/disposition-auto; persistent felony offender, second-degree; hindering prosecution or apprehension, second-degree.
