Deputy sheriff investigates unusual odor in McCubbins Lane area
Saturday, Feb. 19, 2011, 10:40 p.m. — A Nelson County deputy sheriff was requested to respond to an area on McCubbins Lane of Boston Road for an unusual odor in the area. The caller thought perhaps the odor may indicate a meth lab operation in the area. The officer investigated the area on foot but was unable to detect any unusual odors.
