James Anthony Lewis, 19, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security; contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Sara Elizabeth Shawler, 27, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security; failure to or improper signal.

Brent Eugene Miller, 33, possession controlled substance, first-degree (methamphetamine) and complicity to same; unlawful possession of meth precursor; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to same; improper use of dealer-demonstrator tags; failure to or improper signal.
