Ervin Hogan III, 35, trafficking in marijuana, less than 8 ounces, first offense; buy/possess drug paraphernalia.
Jackie Edward Allen II, 30, criminal possession forged instrument, second-degree; theft by deception-include cold checks under $500 and complicity to same.
Robert Shawn Hickox, 33, possession of marijuana.
