Darius L. Downs, 30, trafficking controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school; trafficking in marijuana, less than 8 ounces.

Lisa Dawn Sapp, 41, criminal trespass, second-degree.

Tyler Michael Dane, 20, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.

Clayton Skaggs, 23, probation violation (for felony offense).

Gregory Scott Coy, 44, failure to appear, citation for misdemeanor.

Cynthia E. Humphrey, 28, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Thomas Fred Hamilton, 50, fleeing or evading police, second-degree (on foot); theft by unlawful taking/disposition-shoplifting; violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO; burglary, first-degree.

Mack Thomas St. Clair, 29, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-shoplifting; theft by deception-include cold checks under $500; failure to appear, citation for misdemeanor.

Hank Brisco Lanham, 21, operating on a suspended/revoked operators license; disregarding a stop sign.
